The Bestest Shepherd's Pie Ever
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 of a onion, diced
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
frozen mixed veggies, about 1 c.
3 or 4 large russet potatoes, mashed
sour cream
milk
garlic, diced and sautéed
salt and pepper
real mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Start by making your meat filling.
Brown the ground beef, with the onion. Add the soup, and at the end, at veggies and cook until all is bubbly and hot.
Peel your potatoes, and boil about 10 minutes, until soft. Drain and mash.
Add sauteed garlic, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
Layer the potatoes, and pop into the oven for 30 minutes on 350.
At the end, at the cheese, and set it under a high broiler for about 5 minutes to get it a tiny bit browned (watching to make sure it doesn't burn).
