Would you like to learn how to create this easy, DIY Go-Go Squish?
And end up with a fat, equally squishable baby?!
Instructions are as follows:
Make the Babyfood
1. We already had a whole chicken in our fridge which had been baked in the oven. I tore about 4 oz. off and placed it in our vitamix (about the size of a small breast of chicken).
2. Add 1-2 strawberries
3. Add 2 c. applesauce of choice
4. mix until smooth.
Make the Bag
1. Snip the top off a squeezable baby food pouch.
2. Using a ziplock bag and duct tape, attach the spout.
3. Shut the ziplock bag, and tape over each side (going over the top).
4. Place one thin strip of duct tape all the way across the top.
5. Cover this with decorative washi tape
6. Add a label using sharpie and more washi tape (if desired).
The pros are amazing!
1. Travels well.
2. Reusable.
3. More than one serving.
The baby will have to do a bit more squishing than squeezing, but they'll soon get the hang of it. Our baby, Conrad figured out how to hold it on the third or fourth try.
Don't forget to refrigerate the food, obviously.
Now I want to put whipped cream in this for myself!! Ha ha!
